Fixed 'he.create' to accept sub Ti.UI namespaces #3

Hi, I fixed 'he.create' to accept sub Ti.UI namespaces as Ti.UI.iPad, iOS, Android...

There is now a test per platform for those sub namespaces too.

Sub namespaces are not being recognized when I put my titanium code onto the iPod Touch device. It works all other locations. could I be doing something wrong?

Oh Wait! I'm using version 2.0 dated 2010. So maybe I need to upgrade.
