Flask API #31

Run it on FlaskAPI using flask as the first commandline argument. Then open up 127.0.0.1:5000. Also, to get this running at all I had to replace some leading spaces with tabs. I don't think that should affect anything.

Pushed new code recently. Code is working on all scraping code.
