itty-router-extras will be brought into itty-router (core) under itty-router/extras
individual helper functions should be accessible via paths such as itty-router/extras/json for minimal bundle size
extras will be rewritten in TypeScript, making this a TS-first library finally
API for extras may change slightly, ideally in non-breaking ways, to unify the signature between helper functions as much as possible (e.g. json, status, etc)
