Replace tsup with rollup #139

Now the bundle size should be smaller.

Man, I didn't realize tsup was responsible for so much of that bloat in the 3.x renovation... totally porting this over to the other libs as well. Love it!

I'm going to float this (with your other PR) on the next tag to verify, but assuming all is good, this will roll out asap.
