Ideas for plots/etc. that could be updated while KK2 runs to see if it is doing something sensible and to stop early if you're done:

• Stuff from log file: current iteration versus: num changed, num clusters, score
• Sample features/waveforms for selected clusters, or a few clusters that changed the most, or the ones that haven't changed much
• Spatial view of the means of the clusters on the probe.

This issue might be more appropriate for phy.
