Hi all,

Trying to install phy and I keep getting the following error when trying to install Klustakwik2: error.txt

I'm running Mac OS 10.14.3.

I've tried everything I can think of and nothing has worked. Not a regular python user, so detailed help would be very VERY appreciated!

I'm having the same issue when using the developer version of phy2 (https://github.com/cortex-lab/phy/issues/1077). Did you manage to solve it in the end?

Hi guys,

klusta is not maintained/developed anymore. However, you can run it easily in SpikeInterface using a container with docker or singularity. You can check a tutorial here: https://spikeinterface.readthedocs.io/en/latest/module_sorters.html

The klusta image is "spikeinterface/klusta-base:0.2.7"
