Better commands for navigating the page the way a user does

The cypress container doesn't necessarily have access to the node modules installed for the application. I got it running in a local container by connecting up some volumes. Still having trouble running it in CI and using local modules.

I really would have liked to use the library, but I have to stop throwing good time after bad for the sake of a few commands.

The fix that worked for axe-core is not working here.
