superscript IPA - Githubissues

IPA now includes superscript characters for almost all Glyphs:

These superscript characters are all in unicode:

X-SAMPA does not include a mechanism for using most of these.

[ ] add mapping for X-SAMPA+, including the dotted circle and some kind of convention for all the superscript characters.
[ ] X-SAMPA+ is a child of X-SAMPA
[ ] get new versions of Gentium plus and Andika
[ ] add the new glyphs
[ ] add the new replacements
[ ] Do we need a new IPA alphabet? We need to add Alphabet models first.
