What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Back down to the 2nd latest version of PMB
2.have the Extensions plugin installed and go there to update PMB
3.the list of extensions is cut short and will not display PMB or any plugin 
slated to be after it in the list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To be able to update PMB - Instead you cant 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

MP 1.2.1, Win 7x64
Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry I know this is an old bug report, trying to clean a few things up,. In 
any case though if you are still having problems you should report the issue to 
the Extensions Plugin team. I do not have access to their code and our 
update.xml file is generated from their tool.
