What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open the program
2.Enter login information
3.getFragment is being called. an "Unexpected Error" message appears.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current. Windows 7 x64.

Please provide any additional information below.
It doesn't let me in the app to listen to music after my daily skip limits are 
reached.
