Pandora MusicBox has encounted an unexpected error! #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. MediaPortal 1.3.0.0 - standard MPEI install of 1.3.3.0
2. Run Pandora from Plugins sub menu and error dialog - stating and unexpected 
error has occured - sometime the music will start and sometimes not.
3. Can run all functions from the CLI system on the same machine

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see the lists of stations as per the screenshots

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 - MP 1.3.0.0 - Pandora MusicBox 1.3.3.0

Please provide any additional information below.

NOTE: Pandora is now supported in other countries - I am in Australia and we 
now fully support Pandora.

It looks to be a titan skin issue. Skin files don't get copied to the titan 
skin folder. Probably because there is no Titan skin. I copied the pandora skin 
files from default-wide skin folder to the titan skin folder and it made the 
error go away. The skin is all messed up though.

I have loaded new skins that resolve the problem see

There are two files one for the skin itself and the other to add support for 
Pandora to the main Titan screens.
