The DFRobot DFR0550 is a 5" touchscreen that connects via the DSI ribbon cable.
This script worked perfectly to get it running and the brightness slider (once the install script is re-run to make it appear) works perfectly and overrides the onboard potentiometer brightness setting. Best to wind the pot to full brightness to have full control from the GUI.
