123SmartBMS-Venus typo in defaultPackageList #9

There appears to be a typo in the recent update to the default package list for 123electric, the last part "-Venus" should have a capital letter, but it's lower case "-venus" causing a duplicate package to appear in the inactive package list.

Please change "123SmartBMS-venus" to "123SmartBMS-Venus" in the defaultPackageList.
