Corrected typos and aligned text #10

I have done a lot of proofreading in the past and somehow typos etc. always catch my eye. The alignment I added is always using the person's last name in the descriptions. Hope that helps.

Note: just saw that the correction for West Virginia has now resulted in 'Virgina' ... the i is missing. Do you want a new PR for this?
