Add Maria Klawe to techwomen.js as entry no. 8 - Hacktoberfest #14

The Britannica does not have any entry for Maria Klawe so the info comes mainly from Wikipedia. I spent 30 mins hunting for her date of birth, even on Canadian birth records websites - no luck.
