Added Rosalind Franklin to techwomen.json - Hacktoberfest #24

This pull request will add information about Rosalind Franklin to techwomen.json. The id is set at number 12 and will have to be adapted by the repo owner.

This is a new entry, name has been checked to make sure it was not yet included in the file. I have checked my code and corrected any misspellings. I have performed a self-review of my own code.
