[1.16.4] Crash on killing a silverfish with hammer #1

Hello! I'd like to report a crash possibly caused by the mod "Easy Emerald Tools & More [FORGE]" I was mining in a cave when silverfish spawned and they started damaging me, I also started hitting them and then the crash happened. I'm far from an expert in matters of anything related to softwares, but taking a quick look at the crash log I saw easy emerald being mentioned, that is why I thought it might be the cause somehow. https://pastebin.com/EhvqCa9r Please be so kind and look at the log and make a fix if possible! Added null pointer checks to avoid crashing
