This PR contains a lot of changes, but everything has been tested as much as possible. I open it now so you can look at this when you return back, Kevin.
Includes;
Reduces duplicate/unnecessary codes.
Makes it more meaningful by renaming some parts.
Improves the handling of hostile/passive mob detection logic.
Fixes GitHub issues link in the mod menu.
Defines the correct versions of dependencies in fabric.mod.json.
Corrects mod license according to LICENSE file.
Deletes mob_catcher.mixins.json file because there are no mixins in the mod.
