Volunteer Page Customization #4

As a user, I should be able to customize my page.

This would include profile picture, bio, email address, phone number, etc.

Simple layout, nothing too fancy

So due to the low database space I have access to, profile picture will be a future feature. Everything else should be able to be changed.
