Configure Github Releases to push production builds (will be used in the end product).

the commit (https://github.com/kwrigh8176/VolunteerIndex/commit/70d75230936d28f08aa1b1e0eac0d923e5fb35ee) solved the issue...

after about a 15+ hour process of diagnosing the issue...
