Edit User Data #9

As a user or an organization, I should be able to edit some of the data I signed up with.

Data like passwords and emails should always be able to be changed by the user.

For security and convenience, this is an extremely important feature.

Via a settings page ideally

For the volunteers, this was pretty much implemented in #4 .

However, it will be changed later to support stuff like passwords.

Tacking on the ability to change state onto this ticket, instead of #31

Password changing, state changing, and the org page was implemented.
