Chart enhancements #119

To test this branch locally... switch to branch then npm run bootstrap to get the right dependency version.

PR looks fine, few things were noticed while going through stories

  1. Moving brush snap throwing Unable to preventDefault inside passive event listener invocation. error every time. See Advanced Examples -> Brush Chart .
  2. Often apexchart.esm module throws errors that encountered with NaN values instead of Number .
