• [x] Mouseenter and focus makes the popover disappear when mouse leaves target. This makes buttons inside popover not clickable. ABOVE IS NEGATED because interactive helps BUT see next point..

• [x] Good idea to have small delay in popover disappearing. Because: if interactive is true, and if popover appears slightly away from the mouse pointer; traveling the unfocused space makes the popover disappear, thus unclickable.

• [x] Not sure what the is the difference between mouseenter and focus
