Can't use NHSE #515

If I run this program, it will appear in my Task Manager, but I can't use it because the screen of the program doesn't appear.

I found another version, and yap it worked, but i can't use edit item-inject-usb...it always said device not found, i connect my switch-pc but it didn't work...how can i use this?

There are support servers but you will still be told to read and follow the instructions provided. "It's not working" is incredibly vague.

Maybe this is will be my last question, i have a problem with usb When i use inject=>Read or write USB, i got systerm message with Win32Error:Ooen:Initialize UsbDevice87:the parameter is incorrect
