Gen 3 PokePark eggs Illegal? #1884

So I've been working on hatching some Shiny PokePark eggs lately but I noticed something odd with my first test hatch for a Cacnea egg.

The egg hatched shiny as I expected, but when I checked it in PKHex, it says the Encounter Type PID mismatched and that the 4th move (Encore) is Invalid.

I'm wondering if this might be an error in PKHex?

Origin game must be set to Ruby, and the PID has to be BACD_R; you can find a PID using Pokegen's pid finder as PKHeX currently doesn't have a way to generate BACD_R PID's. If that doesn't fix it, I suggest uploading a pkm file.
