A few mis-checks #3291

Hello I don't know about reporting here but I'll try my best. It's just some simple misunderstandings by our dear legality checker. To Reproduce 2 PKMs attached, Scizor and Chingling from my game. Expected behavior Both pokemon are expected to be legal, I believe that scizor's encounter data is considered false because he was a scyther when I caught it in underground (037). This may apply to other evolved pokemon (perhaps only by trading but I have not been able to try any others yet.) When clicking met location there is no prompted correct location (For scizor) As for chingling, I taught it Dazzling Gleam from a TM and it says invalid move. (dazzling gleam is nice on chingling fyi!)

EDIT: I've also just seen that legality has not been updated yet so I will close this, but hopefully it can still help.
