Ok so I was tinkering around with some setting to see if I could get a setup I enjoy and it seems that setting the game to legendaries when randomizing wild pokemon always reverts back to "false" upon randomization with no legendaries showing up in the wild pokemon tables. Am I doing something wrong?
EDIT: NVM I was being an idiot and had bst enabled. Wow I feel stupid. Closing the issue
