Pokemon TRs learnset has a wrong starting offset. Assuming the correct learnset is TR00 Sword Dance, the wrong result will be TR28 Megahorn. All the subsequent TRs follow this 28 offset. This bug happens both in the latest build and previous (20221205.1) build.
How to reproduce it:
With Sword 1.3.2 with 2DLCs, check Heracross and Lunala's learnsets. They both show the wrong 28 offsets in terms of TRs.
