SWSH Randomization functionality #384

This pull request does the following for Sword and Shield:

  1. Adds a gamefile count that was required for the particular version I have installed
  2. Updates the dialogue of NPCs when their trades are randomized, such that they indicate in the dialogue what they want to trade
  3. Adds the randomization of overworld items, overworld TMs, and hidden items by implementing (for SWSH) the Randomize function in the placement form
