Several are obviously obtainable through vanilla mechanics.
Wood is of course obtainable, so we can get:
Bricks are obtainable, so:
Bamboo can be obtained from fishing or killing pandas, allowing blocks of bamboo, so the new bamboo stuff is obtainable:
Wandering Traders can seel Cherry Saplings, so that unlocks the cherry features:
Biomes are available, so Pink Petals can also be obtained:
Piglins exist, which gets us:
We added ways to obtain echo shards and budding amethyst, making them obtainable and renewable. So we can get:
Without changes, the following are not obtainable:
Among the "Not available" things, the only one I really care about it is the Smithing Templates and especially the Netherite Upgrade. There's a couple challenges here:
The lack of diamonds is an issue in itself as it prevents us from getting Enchanting Tables and Jukeboxes. Niether are vital, but do have interesting uses even in Skyblock. So adding renewable diamonds would be really handy. I don't care about making them extremely rare, so something like smelting diamond tools into diamonds (would still require villagers, which is an effort in itself).
Assuming we add renewable diamonds, that leaves the need to get an original template that we can duplicate. We basically have two options:
For the Netherite Upgrade specifically, I am in favour of making it lootable, specifically by killing the Ender Dragon (it's the last boss without a customized drop). And yes, there will be a risk it falls into the void! The others can be obtained by converting the Netherite Upgrade into a trim, similar to the duplication process but by incorporating the new trim's duplication material, with diamonds and emeralds to distinguish to different possibilities. This will consume the Netherite Upgrade.
For the other "Not available" things...
Camels are interesting in themselves, but I don't see them meaningfully affecting the skyblock gameplay. So I will leave them out.
For the others, they form a "suspicious" bubble: they don't really seem to do anything meaningful outside of getting more of that group of things. I also don't really care about suspicious block mechanics, and ggiving players access to placing suspicious blocks is not enough to get loot out of them, so I don't think I'm going to add the suspicious blocks. The torchflower is the only interesting one to me, in that it can be used to make night vision suspicious stews, but poppies already do that. So unless I get a compelling idea from somewhere, the suspicious blocks, pottery sherds, relic music disc, sniffer, pitcher plant, and torchflower won't be added.
These are the new additions to 1.20 that we need to look at making obtainable (list from mc fandom):
