Selected list is pre-selected once it is checked

** What steps will reproduce the problem?
I am populating the data in plugin from a list returned from database.The 
plugin is part of the pop-up box.When I select the value from list say ENGLISH 
and close it this value is displayed on main screen.Next time again when I open 
the pop-up , the checkboxes disappear and ENGLISH is pre - selected.

List
ALL LANGUAGE
ENGLISH
SPANISH
FRENCH

** What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Everytime the pop up is opened the check boxes should appear and the language 
have to be selected rather being displayed from previous selection..

** What is your environment?
-- DropDownCheckList version:ui.dropdownchecklist-1.4-min.js
-- jQuery version:jquery-1.8.0.js
-- jQuery UI version:jquery-ui-1.8.22.custom.js
-- Browser and version:Firefox 16.0.2

There are known problems with DDCL 1.4 and jQuery 1.8
Please run your test with an older version of jQuery and see if the problem 
still exists.

hi i tried it with jquery1.7.2. but still the problem persists.
