Add User Manual Tab #2

Add a tab on the navbar or where you find favourable, that client can download user manual or our api documentation

Are the only downloadables the Authorization Letter and the User manual? Are there any more expected downloadables in the future?

downloadables for now are:

  1. Authorization letter
  2. User Manual
  3. API documentation

Would you suggest I put them in the same portion for the "Featured Downloads section" right where the authorization letter download is?
