Added logic to prevent withdraw button copy changing if the tx is to delegate to kcp
I had staked my KNC a while back, but only just today delegated. In the dashboard when delegating, I'm pretty sure the waiting message while the transaction was pending said "Withdrawing", which freaked me out a bit. All is well, but if I didn't misread it, that's probably worth changing.
