Error in FilterRNAMutationsNoPoN #5

Hi @kyizhak,

Thanks for sharing your pipeline! I successfully followed the workflow until the last step. The Oncotator (v1.9.9.0) MAF file that I generated matches in 215 columns with the example MAF you provided. Please see below the error message I got.

Error using >= Matrix dimensions must agree.

Error in FilterRNAMutationsNoPoN (line 21)

Can you please help me troubleshoot this?
