Optimize the AR scene & VPS location detection.
[x] Can reduce the meshing precision. We can change the meshing to be happen 20 fps (would also reduce the tracking speed to only 15fps). Using a sort of smart cleaner where specific meshing automatically removes and updates information as you move around, doesn't quite remove everything every frame.
[x] VPS location detection: seems to be that it can't handle the payload. Maybe experimental vs production spots? We can test on the niantic website to see which ones are experimental. Worst case scenario is we comment out the VPS logic so we just have the AR screen on its own.
[x] Skybox - something simple like, but a simple linear gradient skybox
[x] Fog
[x] Potentially add a querying index to the firebase data to get only nearby locations
