unable to register an account on Windows phone 8.1 #16

OS version 8.10.14203.306 Web page returns bad request using Internet Explorer on windows phone. I don't have a desktop to test with right now but I presume this is not intended behavior.

Thank you for the bug report! I don't actually have anyway of testing that browser right now but I will try to get to it.
