Wep/Imp bonus doesn't applied for damage rolls #6

I tried to add functional from this module for my player's powers:

I tested rolls with this Orb:

Bonuses applied correct for attacks (Int mod + 1/2 lvl + enhancement bonus + feat bonus for attack). But for damage there is no enhancement bonus. I tried examples from module's compendium with the same result.

There is also this error from rolling damage with None weapon type: image
