I did some reviews. It looks like syncing does happen after every card view, but when I reopened chrome after a shutdown, it looked like those reviews on that deck had not happened. Not sure if this was chrome rendering an older version of the page from having stored the DOM state (a la firefox on back click), unfortunately, because I didn't try refreshing before going through and reviewing those cards. But something to keep an eye on; may be necessary to break the DOM caching somehow.
