more targeted server syncing. #69

Right now, all server calls send the entire mindSeal object to the server to be updated. Update the app so that smaller chunks are updated at a time. (Ideal chunk size, frequency needs to be discussed.)

This is actually a big one. It might take a long time to do it and require some significant digging into the code across the full stack.
