Interactive examples in documentation #6

I had some issues getting docz/gatsby set up locally, so for now I'm sticking with mkdocs documentation, but it would be great to have some interactive examples set up in the future.

They could even be custom HTML that gets inserted into the Markdown at build time.

For examples, you could possible copy some images into the git folder, for ease of hosting.
