[x] Move to standardrb and run standardrb --fix
[ ] Rework Test suite
[ ] Ensure only compatible with maintained Ruby versions
[x] Remove JWT client

I'm going to need to use parts of this very soon, and would like to help get this to a stable state. However, the test suite logs have since expired, and could use some guidance on what's left to implement :)
