Hi There. Please do the following

-When the User clicks on create ticket, both panels should be disabled so it cant be changed -We need to auto calculate the Priority of the Ticket Based on the Importance of the client -Disable the Technician CCB and set its selected index to 0 ; this should display Administrator in the Text. -When the Call is ended clear all fields to default
