Show bluetooth devices in backtrack #1223

A suggestion by a user via Google Play - similar to the cell signal recording in Backtrack, but show connected Bluetooth devices so you can more easily find a dropped device on the trail.

More research would be needed because as of right now, I don't want Trail Sense to have the ability to connect to Bluetooth devices - it is fine if it can scan for connected devices if there's a permission just for that.

This may have interesting implications for the Walkie Talkie plugin, #1320: "the last time you were connected to Jerry was 2 klicks southeast."
