[ ] Set temperature offset
[x] Update displayed temperature
[x] Apply to high/low (when used outside of climate tool - so add a parameter)

More experimentation is needed to determine how the temperature offset should be implemented (I was thinking just a simple offset temperature, rather than a mapping). Holding off for now
