Create page for "About Us", "Team", and "How It Works" #319

Create a page at /about for an "About Us" page, a page at /about/team for a "Team" page, and a page at /about/howitworks for "How it works".

Just fill these with dummy text until @kyledjoseph is ready with the copy.
