Thumbnail photo doesn’t work in facebook and messenger browser #544

On the website https://fortuna.ge/ we use the Videopack plugin. Thumbnail is selected on video but thumbnail photo doesn't work in facebook and messenger browsers.

Please help me to fix it.

Can you give me a more specific link to a video on your site that's not working? All the videos I can find on your site are YouTube videos. I don't know what the Facebook browser is. How do you access it?

That page doesn't use the Videopack video player shortcode, it's a WordPress video block. Maybe the thumbnail is generated with Videopack, but that doesn't affect how the video player works. You'll need to troubleshoot that issue with people who know how the video block works.
