Add cartographer #9

Came across this while I was setting up sensorless homing for the first time.

Minnor addition to create support for the cartographer probe

Unrelated... enabling save_z by default might be a good idea. Nearly had a nasty crash as a result.

Thanks for your contribution! I’ll merge this next time I’m at my PC and can look at the diff. I will also consider having the safe position enabled by default, that makes sense.
