Increase plotting functionality #6

Add sounding parameters summary print out / add sounding parameters to sounding plot.

*Note: this may come down the line, but will be worked on some for SounderPy v1.1.0. A fully functioning sounding plot may not be ready until a future release.

SounderPy v2.0.0 will feature a MetPy hodograph plot and some minor improvements to the existing MetPy sounding function.

There are currently no other plotting features available through SounderPy. That may be solved later with a companion package ;).

For now, this issue will be closed.
