Custom Error pages #11

Show a nice desinged page explaining the situtation instead of boring 404 pages.

Well, I can put whatever data you want, but I guess that's all coming down to how it is designed. The 404 page currently states that the page doesn't exist, but yeah we should put a picture or icon perhaps.
