Create a helper app for handling scheduled exports #13

Relevant method to install helper tool: SMLoginItemSetEnabled

Not available for sandbox/App Store builds.

The only strategy would be to add a helper application (with the LSBackgroundOnly info.plist key set), and have it added to Login Items.
